What to expect:
This 6-week dance class series is designed to help you feel confident dancing with yourself and with a partner, whether you’re brand new to movement or looking to strengthen your foundations in social dancing.
Each week, we’ll dive into a new set of dance steps, helping you find your groove while developing the skills to move comfortably, lead or follow clearly, and truly enjoy social dancing.
You’ll learn in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere focused on connection—not perfection.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn:
Partner dance fundamentals (connection, posture, framing)
How to lead and follow with clarity and confidence
6 Core steps and turns used on the social dance floor
Musicality and partner awareness
At the end of the series, you’ll be able to comfortably dance with a variety of partners and have up to six different dance steps to move yourself and your friends around on the dance floor.

Please arrive a few minutes early to park and find The Imaginarium inside the community center.
You will want to wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and close-toed shoes (tennis-shoes & boots are okay, but avoid high-heels).
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
